Citizens of Vancouver may qualify for certain energy rebates without even knowing it. If you hire BC Energy Werx, we can find those rebates for you. As of 2017, the BC government has made a new plan to help BC homes become more energy efficient. If a clear effort if made to increase energy efficiency in homes, BC homeowners will be provided with rebates. Homes that qualify for these rebates include semi-detached, raw or mobile homes. If you are unsure if your home qualifies, we can find out for you. Upgrades, ratings, findings and service to your home are just some of the benefits Energy Werx can provide.  

After contacting us, we will send an energy auditor that will conduct a home energy evaluation and audit. The auditor will use the standards of Canada EnerGuide to determine which of the many possible audits may apply to your home. After the analysis, our auditor will also provide an efficiency advice guide. This will give you tips and suggest projects that can further lead to your home becoming more energy efficient, even after the efficiency energy audit is finished. The methods we use to find rebates include (but are not limited to): infrared cameras, checks for air leaks and blower door tests. After these assessments, we will still be available for any home evaluations questions and will provide a follow up energy evaluations test. 

All evaluated Vancouver homes are eligible to receive numerous EnerGuide energy efficient resources and upgrades. These can include insulation upgrades, air sealing improvements, window, door and/or skylight replacements, furnace or boiler replacements and many more.
