Energy Audits North Vancouver

If you live in North Vancouver and are looking to increase your homes energy efficiency and sustainability while reducing the stress of high electric, gas and British Columbia hydro bills, Energy Werx and our energy advisors can help you. Your home may be viable for numerous energy rebates that you’re not even aware of. Our job is to help you find them and get the rebates you deserve. Since 2017, The B.C. Government now has an incentive program that provides rebate services for BC homeowners. As long as a clear effort is made to make your home more energy efficient, you are entitled to these rebates. Semi-detached, raw or mobile homes all qualify as well. If you think your home qualifies, we can look at your home and let you know for sure. Our energy auditors can also provide upgrades, ratings, findings and service to your home. 

After reaching out to us, an energy auditor will conduct a home energy evaluation and audit for your residence. Following Canada EnerGuide energy evaluations as a guide, the auditor will inform you which of the many audits you may be entitled to. Additionally, we provide our customers with an efficiency advice guide that will suggest home projects you can try after the efficiency energy audit is done. Some methods the auditor uses to find rebates include (but are not limited to): infrared cameras, checks for air leaks and blower door tests. Our job doesn’t end after the assessments. Our auditors will also answer any home evaluations questions you may have, as well as providing a follow up energy evaluation test. 

All homes evaluated under this incentive program will receive EnerGuide approved energy efficient resources and upgrades. These can include insulation upgrades, air sealing improvements, window, door and/or skylight replacements and furnace or boiler replacements, just to name a few. The goal of Energy Werx is to increase energy efficiency and sustainability for British Columbia and its residents.
